Talent Associate

BRYANT GROUP

The Opportunity Overview

Are you a search professional who thrives in the space between complexity and clarity — where thoughtful communication, strong process and proactive leadership are what keep a search moving forward?

Do you perform best in fast-moving environments where priorities shift, timelines matter and clients rely on you to create confidence through every stage of the process?

Do you have the confidence to advise a CEO and the humility to know you're still growing?

If so, you will not want to miss this opportunity.

Bryant Group is seeking a Talent Associate to join our dynamic, growing firm.

The Talent Associate owns executive search engagements from kickoff to placement — managing timelines, counseling clients, conducting interviews and keeping every candidate and stakeholder informed and engaged throughout. You'll carry a portfolio of searches and the expectation is simple: nothing falls behind, nothing slips through and no one is left wondering what's next.

The ideal candidate is a natural project manager who earns trust quickly, communicates before anyone has to ask and brings enough entrepreneurial instinct to improve the process while deploying an approach proven over decades. They're fluent in AI tools — not theoretically, but practically. They know how to counsel a senior leader, keep a search on timeline and make the experience feel personal for every candidate.

If that's the kind of work that energizes you, Bryant Group might be exactly where you belong.

This salaried, hybrid role offers flexibility, strong benefits, unlimited PTO and the chance to do meaningful work at the intersection of great leadership and the organizations that need it most.

About BRYANT GROUP

Bryant Group’s passion is advancing great leadership for higher education, healthcare and nonprofit clients through executive search, leadership development services and interim leadership service. Guided by our mission of Changing Lives to Positively Impact the World, we’ve witnessed how incredible leadership touches lives, emboldens bold dreams and solves the world’s most daunting challenges. The organizations we serve are simply too important and people too valuable to see our work as filling seats — instead, we protect and promote alignment and emotionally intelligent leadership.

We believe everything shifts with the right approach, the right leaders and the right development. Advancing great leadership is the work we show up for every day.

Application Process

Our hiring process is also uncommon on purpose. To express your interest as a candidate for this critical leadership role, please share your resume and cover letter with the “submit your resume” button on the right.

Your cover letter should not be typical. Our core values are the principles that define who we are. We live and breathe these values every day, make decisions in line with them, evaluate our work and team and use them to recruit talented professionals. We want to hear how you live these core values, how your ambitions align with our values and how you would live them as a Bryant Group team member. Examples are encouraged.
