    • Four immersive, high-energy intensives where women leaders sharpen their executive presence, solve real-world advancement challenges, hear from guest speakers who’ve led at the top and build sponsor networks alongside peers and trailblazers.

  • Monthly Virtual Sessions:

    • Virtual 90-minute sessions that keep the momentum going. Fresh perspectives from senior women leaders, real-time problem-solving with peers and quick-hit workshops designed for immediate use back at work.

  • Personalized Coaching:

    • Personalized 1:1 support for career strategy, confidence-building and leadership integration. Quarterly coaching included with option for monthly add-on.
