resourceful™ Director
BRYANT GROUP
The Opportunity Overview
Are you the kind of recruiting professional who dreams in systems — a builder at heart who looks at a growing service line and immediately starts rewiring it to run smarter, faster, more scalable and more effectively?
Do you thrive on high volume without losing precision, where speed matters, details matter and relationships matter just as much?
If that's your default mode, we want to hear from you!
Bryant Group is seeking a resourceful™ Director to lead and grow our resourceful™ service line.
resourceful™ was built specifically to solve one of advancement's most persistent problems: filling entry and mid-level gift officer roles faster, with better candidates.
The resourceful™ Director owns sourcing engagements from kickoff to placement — managing timelines, counseling clients, conducting interviews and delivering candidate slates with the speed and precision this service demands. This is high-volume, high-impact work: the kind of role where efficiency isn't just a preference; it's the point.
The ideal candidate brings a digital-first mindset, strong operational instincts and a genuine excitement about what agentic AI and evolving technology can do for sourcing outcomes. They don't wait to be handed a better process — they take ownership of building one. They communicate proactively, can keep six partnerships humming without missing a beat, and earn trust with clients the same way: one clear, well-executed placement at a time.
This salaried, hybrid role offers flexibility, strong benefits, unlimited PTO and the opportunity to shape a growing service line inside a firm that's uncommon on purpose.

Application Process
Our hiring process is also uncommon on purpose. To express your interest as a candidate for this critical leadership role, please share your resume and cover letter with the “submit your resume” button on the right.
Your cover letter should not be typical. Our core values are the principles that define who we are. We live and breathe these values every day, make decisions in line with them, evaluate our work and team and use them to recruit talented professionals. We want to hear how you live these core values, how your ambitions align with our values and how you would live them as a Bryant Group team member. Examples are encouraged.
