Executive Search Director
BRYANT GROUP
The Opportunity Overview
Are you a natural orchestrator who thrives when people, process and purpose all intersect?
Do you love managing complex projects from beginning to end — coordinating the right people, gathering the right information and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks?
Are you an equal-parts communicator, counselor and project manager — someone who can guide clients, support candidates and keep multiple searches moving with clarity and momentum?
Do you find energy in helping organizations identify leaders who will make a meaningful impact?
If you read that and thought, finally… a role built for me, this might be your moment.
Bryant Group is seeking an Executive Search Director to join our dynamic, growing firm.
The Executive Search Director manages retained search projects from start to finish — coordinating internal and external personnel, creating recruitment plans, conducting interviews, presenting candidate slates, advising on finalist selections and ensuring all stakeholders stay informed every step of the way. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven, highly organized and efficient project manager with excellent judgment, strong communication skills and the confidence to counsel leaders across higher education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations. They anticipate challenges, offer solutions and thrive in a fast-paced environment where proactive communication and collaboration matter.
This salaried, remote role offers flexibility, extensive travel opportunities, unlimited PTO, comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to advance great leadership across mission-driven institutions nationwide.

Your cover letter should not be typical. Our core values are the principles that define who we are. We live and breathe these values every day, make decisions in line with them, evaluate our work and team and use them to recruit talented professionals. We want to hear how you live these core values, how your ambitions align with our values and how you would live them as a Bryant Group team member. Examples are encouraged.
