The Opportunity Overview
The University of Arizona Foundation seeks four dynamic Directors of Development to advance major gift fundraising across the College of Science, Gift Planning, Eller College of Management and College of Medicine – Tucson. Each Director will build and manage a portfolio of 50–70 prospects, develop personalized cultivation and solicitation strategies, conduct 100+ annual donor and prospect meetings and close 15+ major or principal gift proposals, with an initial fundraising expectation of approximately $1M annually. Working closely with academic and University leaders, alumni, volunteers and donors, these relationship-driven advancement professionals will connect philanthropic interests with compelling priorities and help secure the resources needed to advance the University’s impact.
