The Opportunity Overview

Georgia State University seeks three dynamic Senior Directors of Development to lead major gift fundraising across distinct academic portfolios. Each portfolio offers a unique set of academic priorities, donor communities and philanthropic opportunities, requiring the ability to develop tailored strategies while advancing broader University goals. Each Senior Director will build and manage relationships with alumni, families, corporations, foundations and other philanthropic partners within their assigned portfolio. Senior Directors manage a portfolio of 80–100 prospects, conducting 10–15 face-to-face visits monthly and driving $2–3M+ in annual fundraising.
