The Opportunity Overview
Dallas College Foundation is seeking a Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations to be its lead ambassador to the Dallas corporate community. This is a role ideal for the advancement professional who wants to be in the room with CEOs, senior executives, and civic leaders and turn those relationships into transformational investment in workforce development. This is a highly visible seat: the Director represents the Foundation internally and at industry events across one of the largest and most dynamic corporate markets in the country, working hand-in-hand with campus presidents and workforce program leaders to shape partnerships that move the needle for students and employers alike.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Director will own a portfolio of high-value corporate and foundation prospects. They will build a pipeline, craft the strategy and close transformational gifts, sponsorships, and grants. The ideal candidate is a confident relationship-builder who is energized by executive-level engagement, thrives on the momentum of a fast-growing development team and wants a direct hand in connecting the corporate community to the economic engine of Dallas County.
