Director of Major Gifts
Dallas College Foundation
The Opportunity Overview
Dallas College Foundation is seeking a Director of Major Gifts to lead and grow its major gifts program at a moment of real momentum for the Foundation. This is both a frontline fundraising role and a leadership role: the successful candidate will carry a personal portfolio of 40-50 qualified prospects, lead complex six- and seven-figure solicitations alongside senior leadership and develop and coach a team of Major Gift Officers to reach their full potential.
The Director will shape multi-year gift strategies, design transformational gift opportunities and partner directly with academic and administrative leaders across Dallas College to craft compelling cases for support that turn donors into lifelong champions. The successful candidate will be an experienced major gift fundraiser who has led teams, wants a bigger platform to build upon and is drawn to the scale and momentum of one of the largest community college systems in the country.
