The resourceful™ Lead manages sourcing projects from beginning to end, including coordinating all internal and external personnel involved. Internal personnel could include search associates or assistants, researchers, writers, interviewing teams, CEO, finance director and others. External personnel include candidates and clients. The most important job function is to successfully take multiple projects from beginning to end simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is a mission-driven, highly organized and efficient project manager who brings the confidence and experience to counsel leaders at all types of nonprofit organizations. A digital-first mindset with technical proficiency and data-driven instincts along with the natural ability to see opportunities for expansion and enhancement are critical. Excellent judgment, strong organization and interpersonal skills, proficiency in communication (written and verbal), and the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment round out the necessary skill set. The ability to foresee challenges as well as provide solutions is critical.

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITY

Client Management (inclusive of but not limited to):

  • Conduct client engagements in support of retained sourcing opportunities.

  • Counsel client on marketplace realities regarding title, salary and sourcing timeline.

  • Conduct progress reports with client by phone or video.

  • Present candidate slate and support client in selection of candidates.

  • Facilitate introductions between client and candidate.

  • Maintain client relationships to learn about hiring decisions.

Project Management (inclusive of but not limited to):

  • Create recruiting plan, including strategies and marketing to a high volume of candidates with a digital-first focus.

  • Manage creation of marketing materials including securing information, coordinating revisions and securing client approval.

  • Execute high volume marketing to garner interest from candidates.

  • Conduct interviews to determine qualifications.

  • Write profile to include in candidate materials packets; provide to clients in advance of candidate review.

  • Keep all accurate records of candidate interest and contact information, ensuring data integrity.

New Business (inclusive of but not limited to):

  • Secure new clients, including marketing, contacting, presenting business opportunities, writing proposals and negotiating terms.

  • Serve industry as thought leader, speaker and presenter as appropriate.

  • Create and complete marketing opportunities, including attending conferences.

resourceful™ is a growing service offered through Bryant Group. During the growth phase, the resourceful™ Lead will be assigned additional work in the search line consistent with the responsibilities of Talent Associates including but not limited to:

Project Management (inclusive of but not limited to):

  • Create recruiting plans, including strategies, original candidate research and source candidates through relationships with professionals in the industry.

  • Manage search specifications creation including securing information, coordinating revisions and helping the client finalize the job description.

  • Contact potential candidates and sources for recruitment, developing scripts that galvanize interest in the opportunity.

  • Conduct interviews to determine qualifications and alignment for the opportunity utilizing core characteristics for the evaluation rubric.

  • Ensure comprehensive materials packets are provided to clients in advance of candidate selection, which may include generating written profiles.

  • Keep all candidates and potential candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.

  • Ensure academic credentials and employment history are verified, perform references and provide written reference reports for successful candidates.

Client Management (inclusive of but not limited to):

  • Conduct progress reports with clients by phone and video.

  • Present candidate slate and support client in selection of candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least four years of experience in recruiting, staffing placement, enrollment management, front-line fundraising, sales, client management and/or product development.

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Exceptional leadership experience may substitute for this requirement.

  • Ability to act as a consultant with persons at all levels of universities, colleges, healthcare organizations and other organizations.

  • Proven ability to manage projects successfully from beginning to completion.

  • Ability to travel.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly learn new technology. Experience with Google platform and Zoom preferred.

  • Drug test and background check may be required. 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT and HOURS:

This is a salaried position, working remotely. All work must be completed in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires travel. This position will require some nights and weekend work, in keeping with the company philosophy that client service and company growth may require hours outside of a typical 40-hour week, while also being mindful on a larger scale that balance is necessary for a healthy person.

COMPENSATION

Negotiable and commensurate with experience. FTE compensation includes base salary and opportunity for incentive pay. 

BENEFITS

This position is not limited to a certain number of days of PTO. In addition, we observe a minimum of 14 or more regular holidays during the year. We also encourage employees to balance their lives by taking time off for preventative wellness visits, curative doctor appointments, and regular vacations.

Healthcare plan and dental plans available at 100% employer expense for basic level. Other options available at a shared cost.
