The Opportunity Overview
Asante Foundation is seeking the Director of Development to fill a dynamic leadership role responsible for raising significant philanthropic support for Asante Health System and advancing strategic initiatives that drive organizational excellence. Reporting directly to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, this role provides critical leadership in developing and nurturing high-value donor relationships that generate major gifts. The Director oversees the Foundation's top donors and leadership volunteers while implementing successful fundraising campaigns that meet or exceed financial performance goals established in the Foundation's strategic plans.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse constituencies including physicians, academic partners, trustees and business leaders. The Director of Development will make a meaningful impact within a respected healthcare organization while working in a collaborative team environment focused on achieving measurable results.
