Sarah is a trusted leader in executive search and operations, known for her ability to place transformative C-Suite talent for industry-leading, multibillion-dollar institutions and for the people development, process improvement and service delivery excellence that define exceptional client outcomes. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership and recruitment, she has partnered with some of the world’s most renowned organizations across higher education, healthcare and nonprofits, delivering human-centered solutions that drive long-term success.

Sarah has guided the search team to consistently deliver high-quality, relationship-driven outcomes, advising clients and candidates at the highest levels while ensuring each search is executed with precision, alignment and long-term success in mind. Under her leadership, Bryant Group’s time to completion in executive search has been shortened to an average of 3.5 months, significantly faster than the industry average of five to 12 months.

With an eye toward the importance of relationships and providing the highest level of counsel to clients and candidates alike, Sarah is an ICF-trained coach and derives joy from coaching conversations.

Sarah helps shape and strengthen the internal processes, team alignment and operational excellence that support Bryant Group’s continued growth and exceptional delivery of Executive search, resourceful™ and leadership development services. She also continues to provide strategic oversight and leadership within the firm’s search work, bringing the same commitment to quality, relationships and results that has defined her career.

Since joining Bryant Group in 2021, Sarah has played a key role in strengthening and growing the firm’s search function while helping shape the operational excellence that supports Bryant Group’s continued growth. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to relationships, innovative solutions, process improvement and exceptional client service, all of which have helped advance the firm’s mission and position it for continued impact.

Before joining Bryant Group, Sarah held pivotal roles in higher education fundraising and development, most recently at the University of South Florida, where she served as Assistant Vice President. Her teams earned 12 CASE awards under her leadership, underscoring her ability to inspire others and achieve exceptional results. During her 14 years at Washington University in St. Louis, Sarah held a variety of positions, including managing DIII athletics development, leading volunteer solicitation teams and overseeing a $21 million annual fund. Prior to her career in higher education, Sarah managed public relations for NASCAR drivers and their corporate sponsors.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Elon University in North Carolina and continues to champion transformative leadership through her work.
