Before joining Bryant Group, Roslyn led executive search engagements for nationally recognized education organizations, foundations and nonprofits and partnered with organizations including National Equity Project, Purpose Built Communities, StriveTogether, KIPP Schools and Surge Institute. Her work extended well beyond recruitment, helping organizations strengthen leadership strategy, organizational effectiveness and inclusive talent practices that support high-performing teams.

Roslyn also served as an Executive Search Consultant with Edgility Search, where she advised K–12 school systems, higher education institutions, foundations and education nonprofits on executive recruitment, organizational design and leadership strategy. 

Beyond executive search, Roslyn has advised colleges, universities and mission-driven nonprofit organizations on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workplace culture and change management. Her consulting experience spans organizational development, workplace culture, staff development and belonging initiatives, helping leaders strengthen teams, improve organizational effectiveness and foster environments where employees can thrive.

Earlier in her career, Roslyn held senior leadership roles at George Washington University, where she served as Director overseeing the university's Mount Vernon Campus. There, she led cross-functional teams supporting one of the nation's premier research universities, directed campus communications and marketing strategy, and coordinated messaging for students, families, government stakeholders and academic partners. Roslyn’s experience leading complex organizations, combined with her consulting work, gives her a practical understanding of the leadership challenges institutions face and informs every resourceful™ engagement. She guides clients to think beyond filling today's vacancy to building stronger, more resilient leadership teams prepared for the future.

Roslyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science and her Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Western Carolina University.
