Missouri State University is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Director of Engagement and Alumni Relations. Reporting directly to the Vice President for University Advancement, this senior leader will set the vision and strategy for how Missouri State connects with its alumni to build the kind of lasting relationships that translate into loyalty, volunteerism and sustained support for the institution.

The ideal candidate brings a genuine enthusiasm for community-building, strong instincts for engagement strategy and the interpersonal presence to inspire volunteers and partners across a large, diverse constituency. The Executive Director oversees alumni programming, affinity groups, the Alumni Association board of directors, student and young alumni engagement, and the annual Homecoming experience. Leading a team of associate and assistant directors, the Executive Director works in close partnership with Admissions, Career Services, Athletics and academic colleges to create touchpoints that keep alumni meaningfully connected to Missouri State throughout their lives.
