  • As a consultant to Bryant Group’s Leadership Development practice, Emili Bennett continues to support leaders and organizations across higher education, healthcare, nonprofit and corporate sectors through executive coaching, leadership strategy and organizational development. During her time as Vice President of Leadership Development at Bryant Group, Emili helped shape and expand the firm’s leadership development offerings, partnering with colleges and universities, healthcare organizations and mission-driven institutions to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance and organizational growth.

    Prior to joining Bryant Group, Emili worked with executives and leadership teams from elite universities, Fortune 150 companies including PepsiCo, Eli Lilly, Salesforce and Oracle, as well as government entities such as the FBI and the U.S. State Department. Across these engagements, she supported leaders in driving greater effectiveness, engagement and organizational impact.

    Before joining Bryant Group, Emili served as an executive coach and organizational development leader during Indiana University’s $4B Bicentennial Campaign. She also led career and professional development for more than 760,000 alumni at the Indiana University Alumni Association, partnering with executive leadership to shape talent strategies and strengthen engagement initiatives. In addition to her institutional experience, Emili founded her own executive coaching practice, guiding hundreds of leaders through the principles of positive psychology and authentic leadership.

    A respected keynote speaker and facilitator, Emili has presented to CEOs, university presidents and leadership teams across a wide range of industries. Her expertise includes leadership development, employee engagement, change management and organizational growth.

    Emili holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development from Purdue University. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which represents the highest standards in the coaching industry, and is also an Advanced Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, a certified facilitator of the 360-degree Leadership Circle Profile and a certified facilitator of the Six Types of Working Genius.
