Bryant Group is seeking a Vice President of Search — a leader ready to channel experience into a role that changes what's possible for mission-driven organizations nationwide.

This is not a role that sits above the work. The Vice President of Search carries an active portfolio of searches. The work is deeply relational. You will counsel presidents and CEOs through some of the most consequential decisions their organizations will make. You will serve as both advisor and partner — helping clients navigate leadership transitions with clarity, confidence and care. Relationships aren't a byproduct of the role — they are the role.

This is also a role that demands humility. The execution matters. Exceptional search work is not built on presentations and process alone. It is built through consistency, follow-through, judgment and trust earned over time. The Vice President of Search is not too senior to do that work. They are energized by it.

This is a salaried, hybrid role with unlimited PTO, comprehensive benefits, extensive travel and the opportunity to advance great leadership across higher education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations.
