Bryant Group is seeking a Vice President, Search to join our dynamic, growing firm.

The Vice President, Search owns the quality, performance and growth of Bryant Group’s search line. This leader sets direction, develops and leads the search team, strengthens client relationships and drives consistent, high-quality delivery across every engagement.

This is not a role that sits above the work. It is a hands-on leadership seat, with responsibility for carrying a search portfolio, driving revenue and ensuring the search function performs at the highest level.

The ideal candidate is a mission-driven leader with executive presence, strong judgment and operational discipline. They know how to translate strategy into execution, hold a high bar for performance and bring clarity, accountability and momentum to both clients and team members.
