University of Nevada, Reno Foundation is seeking an Associate Vice President for Advancement Services. This transformational leadership opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of a major university's advancement efforts as Associate Vice President for Advancement Services, serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team while driving the institution toward R1 flagship status and AAU membership aspirations.

The role presents an opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives and build cutting-edge fundraising infrastructure through strategic oversight of growing teams in advancement technology, donor relations, finance and prospect research. The successful candidate will champion data-driven innovation, develop multi-year technology roadmaps and create sustainable systems that deepen alumni and donor engagement while collaborating with university leadership including the President's Office, Provost and deans.
