The Opportunity Overview
Babson College is seeking Directors of Development to fill dynamic leadership roles responsible for raising significant philanthropic support for the College and advancing strategic initiatives that drive organizational excellence in entrepreneurship education. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, these roles provide critical leadership in developing and nurturing high-value donor relationships that generate major gifts. The Directors oversee the College's top donors and leadership volunteers while implementing successful fundraising campaigns that meet or exceed financial performance goals established in the College's strategic plans.
The ideal candidates possess exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse constituencies including faculty, alumni entrepreneurs, trustees, business leaders, and corporate partners. The Directors of Development will make a meaningful impact within the world's #1 ranked entrepreneurship institution while working in a collaborative team environment focused on achieving measurable results in advancing entrepreneurial leadership education.
