Growth Comes With a Responsibility: Hire the Right People
We spend much of our time conducting searches for other organizations, and we’re grateful for it—because leadership is one of the few things that can truly change an organization’s trajectory.
But every now and then, growth means focusing inward to ensure we’re always prepared to meet our clients’ needs.
Recently, that has meant conducting a few searches for our own team.
At Bryant Group, recruitment begins with relationships. That’s not a tagline—it’s our operating belief. We don’t just look at experience on paper. We pay attention to how people lead, what they value, how they build trust and whether their passion and philosophy align with an organization’s mission and vision. That’s where great recruitment starts. Heart (values), head (ways of thinking and intellect) and briefcase (experience) all matter. And we believe they matter in that order.
As our work expands across higher education, healthcare and national nonprofits, we’re committed to growing while ensuring we keep what makes us uncommon on purpose: the care, rigor and respect we bring to every recruitment. That’s why I’m proud to welcome Nick Miller to Bryant Group as our new Vice President & Consultant.
Nick comes to us from one of the industry’s consulting powerhouses, Huron. He is a strategic relationship builder who naturally connects with people. He’s energized by consultative conversations, long-term partnerships and work that directly impacts organizations and changes lives. In this role, he will serve our clients by building and stewarding relationships with senior leaders in healthcare, higher education and national nonprofits, always focused on service.
Growth is exciting. But growth only matters if it strengthens what you stand for and how you serve.
Nick’s addition does exactly that.
Welcome to Bryant Group, Nick.
