Before joining Bryant Group, Anissa held leadership roles at Harvard University and Albertus Magnus College, where she led alumni engagement strategies, annual giving initiatives, launched mentoring programs and managed leadership giving portfolios. Her work consistently strengthened institutional connections and advanced long-term philanthropic and engagement goals.

In executive search, Anissa is known for her thoughtful, human-centered approach to recruitment. She blends strategic insight with authentic relationship-building, delivering candidates who not only meet the role’s requirements but also align with the organization’s values and culture.

Anissa holds an EdM in Higher Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an ALM in Nonprofit Management from Harvard University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
