Identifying candidates from underrepresented groups has been an integral part of our recruitment process since our founder began this work in 1988. To that end, our targeted list of potential candidates is intentionally diverse. Throughout our history, this focus has resulted in underrepresented professionals being placed in positions at all levels, including at the Vice President and CEO levels.

We bring the best candidates for each search. This has resulted in our semi-finalist pools that are as high as 100% diverse candidates and 75% of our placements being women and/or diverse.
