  • Krystal came to Bryant Group with 14 years of progressive public and private development and consulting experience. She served as Senior Director of Development at Tuskegee University where she led the development and advancement services teams. She started her career as a consultant serving the philanthropy industry working with clients at RuffaloCODY, now Ruffalo Noel Levitz, an international enrollment management and fundraising consulting firm. She has also served in the positions of Associate Director of the Annual Fund and Major Gifts Officer for the Southeast Region for Tuskegee University and Director of Development for Brantwood Children’s Home, a nonprofit located in Montgomery, Alabama.

    Krystal is a highly motivated individual who believes in serving her community for its betterment. Krystal has recently served as Vice-Chair of the Board and Loaned Executive for the River Region United Way and as Communications and Publicity Chair for the Central Alabama Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In the past, Krystal has volunteered as an ambassador for the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce and served as Vice President of the River Region Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association, where she was named 2016 Women of the Year for ABWA.
