  • Honorable Delia Garcia brings a unique perspective to executive coaching at Bryant Group with a skill set rooted in executive public service and strategic leadership in her own roles over the past 25 years in federal/ state government administration and national non-profit management. She served at the U.S. Department of Labor Women's Bureau as Administrator for Southcentral U.S. and led two national non-profits in Washington, DC. Secretary Garcia is a trailblazer where she was elected the first Latina & youngest female to the Kansas State Legislature in 2004 where she served six years in the Kansas House of Representatives.  In 2019, she was appointed and senate confirmed as Cabinet Secretary of Labor for the State of Kansas.  Also, she is a best-selling author on national women leadership.  Delia has received her training from TELEOS Executive Coaching, and conducts executive coaching for federal government, non-profit organizations, higher education, national sports organizations, military, and select individuals across the U.S. both virtually and in-person.

    As a transformational leader who brings together vision, strategy, and humanity to drive organizational excellence in complex systems, Delia empowers teams and individuals where she creates environments where bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and sustainable growth thrive, turning pressure into purpose and disruption into opportunity.  With her extensive background as an executive servant leader, she understands firsthand fast-changing environments and the need for effective solutions, leveraging her instruction skills as a former adjunct professor at Butler County Community College in Kansas.  As an experienced multi-sector leader who has transitioned from leading within organizations to supporting leaders to lead successful teams and projects, her background includes strategic planning, change forecasting, and stakeholder management.

    Through her own applications and experiences, Delia is in the perfect position to support leaders in their leadership growth and capacity building through authentic, impactful, and adaptive servant leadership.  Her inspiring and engaging communication style is through intentionality and authenticity, bringing a unique blend of big-picture thinking and operational rigor.  She works to support leaders to identify and optimize their own strengths and magnify meaningful influence in rewarding ways.  Her approach is anchored by a deep belief in people as the most powerful lever for change.

    Delia has also served on numerous nonprofit boards, helping organizations scale their impact and enhance their sustainable strategic direction.  Her results driven coaching supports leaders in refining their own power, ascend personal/ professional growth, and enhance operational efficiency.  Delia earned her Master’s Degree in Political Science at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and Bachelor’s Degree from Wichita State University in Kansas.  She is a graduate of the Harvard University Executive Leadership Program and Aspen Institute of Executive Leadership, and received her Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Certification from the University of Southern Florida.  Delia also loves being the favorite aunt to her nieces and nephews.  She is an avid swimmer, traveler, and aspiring accordion player.
