He has led operations, fundraising, strategic partnerships and organizational growth initiatives across nonprofit, healthcare and business environments, building collaborative cultures and developing leaders at every stage of their careers. Throughout his leadership journey, he has earned a reputation for bringing people together, solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful results through relationships built on trust.
Prior to joining Bryant Group, Brian served as Vice President of Development for The Center for Courageous Kids, where he helped strengthen the organization's fundraising operation by building high-performing teams, expanding strategic partnerships and enhancing development systems to support long-term sustainability. He also served as Senior Director of Camping Services for YMCA Camp Abnaki, where he oversaw year-round operations, managed a $1.4 million budget, increased participation by 33% and nearly doubled annual giving through intentional relationship building and community engagement.
Earlier in his career, Brian held leadership roles with Stryker, Cox Automotive and several YMCA organizations, experiences that sharpened his ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, perform under pressure and successfully manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Whether supporting surgeons during robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures, advising business leaders on strategic initiatives or mentoring team leaders, Brian has consistently demonstrated the ability to create clarity, build trust and help others perform at their best.
What motivates Brian most is helping people grow. He is passionate about coaching emerging leaders, navigating difficult conversations with empathy and empowering individuals to recognize opportunities they may not have seen in themselves. That commitment to relationships, combined with his operational discipline and collaborative approach, allows him to create meaningful experiences for both clients and candidates throughout the executive search process.
Brian holds a Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of New Hampshire, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Marlboro College and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
