For a team to truly produce at the highest possible level, individual professionals must be 1) self-aware 2) understanding of others, who often have different styles and motivations and 3) able to create rich interactions that benefit the team, internal and external clients, and the organization. Ideally, the team environment also fosters energy and reduces stress.
BG Talent Enrichment Workshops provide an opportunity to learn interpersonal skills that impact these areas, thus increasing productivity, enhancing team behavior and building a more powerful organization.
We begin with training on personality styles--including communication methods, motivators and stressors--using DISC analysis. A greater understanding in this area helps a team (and its leader) tailor communication and position responsibilities for greatest effectiveness. These skills are also paramount in effective relationships with donors, alumni, and internal and external clients.
